To reserve your event date, we require:
1) 50% nonrefundable deposit
(remaining balance due 14 days before event date)
*Payment plan available - split event total up to 4 payments - restrictions apply*
2) Signed contract with debit/credit card on file
via access to HoneyBook client portal.

3) An additional $250 refundable security deposit is added to event total for any possible damages.

Need event decor for your event?
We have two options for adding decor for your next event!

FULL EVENT DESIGN SERVICE or EVENT RENTAL ADD-ONS
Event design or event rental add-ons are not included with the venue rental rates above.
​EVENT DESIGN SERVICE
Our event design service is custom tailored to your specific event theme, guest count, budget, desired decor items, etc. and can only be quoted after you have a virtual design consultation with our designer. Your event design quote total will include our flat rate design service fee plus the cost of decor rentals, material, and custom items.

EVENT DECOR RENTAL ADD-ONS
If you do not need us to fully design your event, you can add needed decor rentals from our inventory. Custom item needs are also fine. Just ask us!Your event rental add-ons service total will include a setup and tear down fee (varies based on decor/labor required) plus cost of decor rental items.
